E. J. Breneman LP was incorporated in the state of Pennsylvania as a road construction and materials company in January 1942. Several employees purchased the company from Earle J. Breneman in 1971. The passage of company control to the current ownership began in 1989.

E. J. Breneman LP is a specialty company in the maintenance and construction of highways.
