Instructions on how to use and access dial direct.

Press 1# for ACCOUNT INFORMATION or to perform FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.
** You may hear “We’re sorry, this entry was not understood.” Keep pressing 1# until you gain access.
IMPORTANT- Always perform step 3 before trying to enter any type of transaction code

Enter your membership number (account number) followed by the # sign. If the first number is a zero, it does not need to be entered.
Enter your Personal Identification Code (PIN number) followed by the # sign.
(See separate instructions on how to change your PIN in Dial Direct.)
Enter a Transaction Code followed by the # sign.

For Transaction History: (Last 3 transactions)

For Transactions Starting on a Specific Date:
Enter: 4___*___ ___# (Share Code)*(Date of Month to Start)

If you want to hear the next 3 transactions for that month, enter: 4___*0# (Share Code)
For Last 5 Share Draft (Checking) Transactions Posted to Account:

Entering 1# after each set of 5 transactions will give you the next five transactions.
To Inquire if a Specific Share Draft was Paid:

To Transfer Funds from Shares:

After each entry or to indicate a “yes” use #

To cancel a transaction, disconnect or indicate a “no” use 0#
Always enter the # sign after any transaction code
